We have loved playing around with our new Collagen hot drinks, and seeing all the love you guys are showing for them. With it heating up this summer, you might not be feeling warm drinks so much, but you can use our hotties in pretty much anything you desire from smoothies and desserts to baking, they are super easy to incorporate into your diet. Today we have another amazing recipe from our friend Phoebe from Natural Nourishment using our Matcha Latte Collagen to make a deliciously, satisfying matcha chia pudding which makes the perfect summer breakfast.

Matcha Chia Pudding Recipe
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Planet Paleo Matcha Collagen
1.5 Tablespoon Almond Milk
1 Tablespoon Macadamia Nuts
1 Teaspoon Rose Petals
1. Add 1.5 Tablespoons of the chia seeds to a bowl, with 1 cup of almond milk and 1/2 cup of water.
2. Add the remaining chia, Matcha Collagen powder, and remaining almond milk and 1/4 cup water to a seperate bowl, mix both and leave to sit for 5 minutes.
3. Stir each mix a few times over the next 10 minutes to prevent clumping, then add to a bowl, swirl both mixes together, and add your toppings of choice.
