For this recipe we are using our marine collagen, which is tasteless and odourless, so blends easily into drinks and food, but feel free to use any of our collagen powders in this smoothie. This chocolate collagen smoothie bowl, features our marine collagen alongside some of our favourite foods like avocado, cacao and almond butter. Chocolate Collagen Smoothie Bowl
1 scoop Planet Paleo Marine Collagen Powder
1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp of Cacao Powder
1 Tbsp of Almond Butter
1 tablespoon Shredded Coconut and 1 Tbsp of Goji Berries to sprinkle on top
-Add ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on high.
-For a smoother consistency, add more liquid; for a thicker consistency, use less liquid and use frozen banana.
-Top your collagen smoothie bowl with a sprinkle of coconut and goji berries, or any other toppings you enjoy.
